Job Description

FRESHER CANDIDATES ARE ELIGIBLE ONLY FOR THIS JOB.

Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Calls – Understand and capture customer needs and preferences.

2. Complaint Handling – Provide an excellent experience for customers through prompt and timely service.

3. Outbound Calls – Occasionally make feedback calls.

Age: 18 to 28 Years

Pay: ₹10,113.65 – ₹17,441.46 per month
