Job Description
Gurusoul Realty Private Limited is actively seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to lead our team of customer support representatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service process, addressing customer complaints, and developing policies and procedures that enhance service delivery. Furthermore, you will plan and conduct training sessions for staff and assist in the recruitment of new team members.
