Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Strategic Compass Private Limited as Call Center Executives. In this role, you will:
- Handle inbound calls to understand and capture customer needs.
- Manage orders by coordinating with customers and third-party services.
- Address complaints, ensuring a wonderful customer experience.
- Conduct daily audits of partner menus to ensure timely operations.
- Occasionally make outbound calls for feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,113.09 – ₹17,443.71 per month
Schedule: Day shift
