Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center Executive to join our team at Bora Exim Pvt Ltd. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions. Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and achieve team targets.

Applicants should have previous customer support experience, strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi, and the ability to multi-task. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of one year in call center or telecalling roles.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
