Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather customer satisfaction reports following vehicle service.
• Communicate breakdown details of Bharat Benz vehicles to service managers.
• Notify customers about upcoming vehicle service appointments.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of customer care.

Qualification: Any graduate or diploma

Experience: 0-2 years
