Job Description
Medicover Hospitals is seeking Call Center Associates for our corporate office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate with 1-5 years of experience in customer support or B2C sales. Freshers with a minimum graduation degree are also welcome.
Key responsibilities include understanding patient needs, guiding them through our services, and achieving monthly targets. Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi are required.
This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, 6 working days a week. Competitive salary includes performance bonuses and incentives.
