Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive sales growth.
- Supervise and train staff; prepare schedules; maintain food-safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory and suppliers, handle cash and basic accounting, and operate POS systems.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to preserve service quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: 2+ years in cafe or restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, customer-focused mindset, POS experience, flexibility to work weekends, and a passion for coffee and positive team culture.
