Job Description
We are inviting applications for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to join our enthusiastic team at The Hosteller. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include leading the food and beverage team, maintaining inventory, and adhering to brand standards for quality and safety.
Required Skills: A degree in Hospitality Management (Food and Beverage) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. Strong communication and management skills are essential for this role.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as meals, health insurance, and paid time off. Work schedules will include a variety of shifts.
