Job Description

Kargeen Restaurant is looking for a talented butcher with hands-on experience in cutting and processing various meats, including fish, chicken, mutton, and beef. The ideal candidate will prioritize hygiene, quality, and consistency in every cut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Break down, cut, debone, and portion a variety of meats.
• Ensure optimal yield while minimizing waste.
• Assess meat quality and freshness.
• Operate cutting equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹25,00 per month.
