Job Description
CanApprove Consultancy Services is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Relationship Officer to enhance our dedicated team.
Position Overview:
Salary: Competitive, as per company standards (₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month)
Qualifications: MBA/BBA or Graduate preferred.
- Engage in counseling, client calls, emails, and chats.
- Drive telesales efforts, promote our services, and convert leads into clients.
- Address client queries while maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with processing and documentation tasks.
- 1–5 years of telesales experience is required.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil is a plus.
