Job Description
Futops Technologies India is seeking a dedicated Business Process Associate to join our team. We invite candidates currently available in Pune and PCMC to apply.
Your responsibilities will include identifying process gaps, proposing improvements, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will ensure compliance with company policies, create and update process documentation, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with business owners and IT to resolve issues effectively. Tracking metrics related to improvements and defects will also be part of your role.
