Job Description
myG Digital Hub is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Coach to empower individuals and enhance employee development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to identify training needs, develop effective training programs, and guide professionals towards achieving their business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify company training needs.
- Schedule and implement training sessions.
- Supervise training budgets and prepare materials.
- Train new employees and develop monitoring systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel across Kerala; freshers are welcome to apply.
Location: Thrissur, Malappuram
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
