Job Description
HRQuadrant is seeking a Branch Relationship Officer to assist walk-in customers at bank branches in Kochi, Kottayam, Thrissur, and Trivandrum. The role involves assessing customer needs, presenting life insurance products, nurturing strong relations with bank staff, and converting leads provided by the Relationship Manager.
- Qualifications: Graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience (banking preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
- Employment: On-roll, full-time, permanent; in-person role.
- Compensation: Fixed salary plus incentives (₹25,00–₹40,00/month), PF, training, and career growth opportunities.
