Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Relationship Executive to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support branch sales by identifying opportunities and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining CRM records, assisting outreach activities, ensuring banking compliance, and collaborating with branch staff to meet targets.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Customer service or sales experience; banking experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, CRM proficiency, sales techniques, product knowledge, and time management.
Job types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time. Pay: ₹19,493.50–₹28,624.31/month. Benefit: Provident Fund. Location: On-site.
