Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a Branch Relationship Executive to drive life insurance sales at partner bank branches in Trivandrum, Kochi, Kottayam, and Thrissur (Kerala candidates only). This is a full-time, permanent role with a monthly salary of ₹24,00–₹35,00 and provident fund benefits.
- Responsibilities: generate leads, cultivate relationships with bank staff, advise customers on suitable life products, meet sales targets, and handle basic policy queries.
- Requirements: graduate degree, minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in BFSI/NBFC/insurance preferred. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a target-driven mindset.
- Work location: in-person at assigned partner bank branches.
