Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a Branch Relationship Executive / Unit Manager for the agency channel in Kerala. Candidates must be under 30, hold a bachelor’s degree, and have minimum 1 year field or BFSI sales experience; all previous experience letters required at joining. This full-time, permanent role demands 100% travel and in-person work, strong leadership, team handling, recruitment and training of agents, target-driven sales of life insurance products, client relationship management, reporting, and conducting workshops. Salary ₹25,00–₹33,00/month plus benefits: cell reimbursement, health & life insurance, paid sick/time off and Provident Fund. Willingness to travel and good communication skills essential.
