Job Description
We seek a full-time, permanent, entry-level Manager to oversee clinic operations and drive patient acquisition for hair transplant and cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities include managing walk-ins and online inquiries, explaining treatments and post-care, conducting follow-ups via calls/WhatsApp, coordinating surgeon consultations, and maintaining lead records and performance reports.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Ensure exemplary patient experience and compliance
- Supervise staff, provide training, and manage documentation and billing
Compensation: From ₹20,00/month. Location: In person.
