Responsibilities: As a BPO Hindi Calling Agent, you will be responsible for answering and making calls to clients to understand and resolve their needs, complaints, or issues related to our products and services. You will engage in active listening, provide accurate information, and ensure clients feel valued. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and team members through trust and reliability.
