Job Description
Job Summary: Blu Polymer is seeking an experienced or fresher candidate for the position of Machine Operator in the Blow Molding and Filling section. The ideal candidate will oversee production operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities include setting objectives, organizing workflow, coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety, and submitting performance reports.
