Shaadi.Com is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Blended Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you will handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding support through chat, email, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
