Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and coordinate accurate 3D building information models that support architectural and engineering workflows.
- Create and update detailed BIM models using Revit and compatible software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design and clash issues.
- Ensure model accuracy, adherence to standards, and quality control for deliverables.
- Prepare model-based documentation and support project phases from design through construction.
Strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and clear communication skills are required. Experience with BIM standards and clash-detection tools is preferred.
