Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Billing Staff member to manage invoicing, process credit memos, prepare account statements, monitor payments, and produce monthly billing reports. Responsibilities include following up on outstanding payments, responding to customer inquiries, reconciling account balances, and assisting the accounting team with financial report preparation.
