Job Description
Join the ODYSSIA GROUP as a Billing Executive, where you will be instrumental in managing the sales order process, invoicing, and following up on outstanding orders to ensure efficient billing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate sales orders while maintaining a pending order tracker.
- Generate and dispatch invoices promptly.
- Reconcile customer accounts and process receipts.
- Follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare Excel reports detailing billing metrics and order aging.
Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
