Job Description
Bismi Connect Limited is looking for a dedicated Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, updating customer records, and sending payment reminders. Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices and credit memos efficiently.
- Update customer information and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Accurately enter charges in the SAP system.
- Adhere to grooming standards.
