Job Description
Aarya Trans Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is hiring a Billing Executive to prepare accurate transport invoices from contracts, trip sheets and PODs; update ERP daily; coordinate with Operations for trip and rate confirmations; secure approvals; maintain invoice and reconciliation records; resolve billing queries; and support month‑end closing. Full‑time, on‑site.
- Experience: 1–3 years in transport/logistics billing
- Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce or related field
- Skills: GST and e‑way bill knowledge, Excel and Tally proficiency, attention to detail, strong communication
