Job Description
Cognizant is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in AIA-Pune. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 9 years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, SQL, and Python. You will be responsible for designing innovative data engineering solutions and developing efficient data pipelines using PySpark.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting high-level and low-level design reviews, leveraging Azure capabilities such as ADLS Gen2 and Synapse, and optimizing SQL queries for data aggregation. A solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles in Data Engineering is essential. Additionally, you will actively participate in a Scrum environment and related ceremonies.
Required certifications include Azure, PySpark, and Python.
