Job Description
Concentrix, a global business services company powered by technology and headquartered in Bangalore, India, is on the lookout for a BI Associate (TCF) to boost customer engagement and enhance business performance. In this pivotal role, you will engage with clients on a daily basis, handle initial escalations, and craft compelling presentations.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing interactive dashboards for clients, leveraging your advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and operating within a dynamic 24/7 environment across a five-day workweek. A Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite for this position.
