Job Description

TruMinds Technology Inc is looking for a committed Bench Sales Recruiter to address IT staffing needs for our U.S. clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients and prime vendors to establish a strong network for effective candidate placement.

The role involves sourcing job openings, assessing candidates’ qualifications, coordinating interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes. Familiarity with job boards such as Dice and LinkedIn is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary between ₹200,00.00 and ₹300,00.00, in addition to paid time off benefits.
