Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1-6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
- Proven experience in marketing candidates on work-authorized visas.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT recruitment and market dynamics.
- Edit resumes for client presentations to enhance candidate visibility.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Recruiting (preferred)
Language: Proficiency in English (preferred)
