Job Description
Join Ez4 Technologies LLC as a Bench Sales Recruiter! You’ll market our Bench Consultants’ resumes to tier 1 vendors and clients, develop new industry contacts, and manage job submissions.
Responsibilities include arranging interviews, following up with candidates, and negotiating contract rates. Proficiency with job boards like Dice and LinkedIn is essential. Experience with H1B and other visa categories is desirable.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹300,00.00 – ₹1,500,00.00 per year, plus benefits.
