Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit IT professionals for bench sales opportunities.
- Engage with consultants to understand their skills and preferences.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for candidates.
- Handle submissions to clients and manage interview schedules.
- Negotiate rates and oversee the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing processes.
