Job Description
We seek a Beautician Trainer to deliver 150–155 hours of Beauty & Cosmetology instruction to cohorts of 25–30 learners. Responsibilities include teaching theory and practicals, preparing lesson plans, maintaining attendance and records, supporting assessments, coaching for self-employment, conducting product demonstrations and ONDC onboarding, and maintaining classroom discipline.
- Requirements: ITI/Diploma/certification; 2–5 years of hands-on or teaching experience; strong communication and facilitation skills; sensitivity to underprivileged and LGBTQIA+ learners.
- KPIs: 100% course completion, ≥75% employable proficiency, ≥80% transition to work.
- Full-time, in-person; salary ₹10,00–15,00/month.
