Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the agency sector. The candidate should excel in generating high-value leads, managing clients with budgets of ₹5-10 lakhs, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include developing strategies for lead generation, closing high-value deals, delivering impactful presentations, and representing Rare Ideas at industry events.
Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and familiarity with F&B, Hospitality, and Retail sectors.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹40,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English are preferred.
