Job Description
Backstory Cafe is seeking a skilled Senior Barista/Head Barista to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, mocha, caffe latte, and latte, adhering to established recipes and techniques.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by attracting new customers while introducing innovative products and services.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Shifts are available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹22,00.00 to ₹35,00.00, along with performance bonuses.
Work will be conducted on-site.
