Job Description

We are seeking a professional Banquet Sales Coordinator to cultivate and convert banquet leads, manage client communications, and support planning for weddings, conferences, and private events. The Coordinator will prepare proposals and contracts, conduct client site inspections, coordinate with catering and operations teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and assist with billing and event timelines.

• Qualifications: 1+ years in hospitality sales or events; excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills; strong attention to detail.
• Technical: Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
