Job Description
HRQuadrant is seeking a Banking Relationship Officer based in Kerala. This full-time, in-person role offers a starting salary of ₹25,00/month (pay range ₹22,00–₹50,00). Candidates must be under 36 years old, hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, possess at least one year of sales experience, and reside in Kerala.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Promoting and selling life insurance and financial products through bank branches.
- Generating leads from bank referrals and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Managing product and policy inquiries, ensuring documentation and compliance, and attending trainings.
