Job Description

HRQuadrant is seeking a professional Banking Officer to collaborate with banking partners to source and engage customers, generate leads and referrals, and provide individualized financial planning.

• Establish trust through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and periodic reviews
• Present life insurance solutions and cross-sell to maximize revenue and client value
• Educate clients on insurance and financial planning; remain current on industry trends and regulations

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹50,00/month. Benefits: health insurance and Provident Fund. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year of sales experience, in-person work. Application question: Are you below 36 years old?
