Job Description
A leading life insurance company in Kerala is hiring a full-time Financial Services Consultant to work with partner bank branches in Pathanamthitta. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of sales experience (insurance/banking preferred). Responsibilities include generating and following up leads, conducting client meetings, delivering personalized financial planning and life insurance advice, cross-selling products, and meeting monthly sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with knowledge of life insurance and market dynamics. Willingness to travel up to 75% and to relocate or reliably commute to Pathanamthitta is mandatory. Compensation starts at ₹30,00/month.
