Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Banking Follow-Up Officer to enhance our team at Loanitol. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer profiles, verifying income documentation, and coordinating with bank managers to ensure all legal clearances are met. You will also manage application processes, follow up on loan statuses, and maintain excellent communication with customers regarding cheque specifics and EMI schedules.
This full-time position is open to both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals. The salary ranges from ₹15,00.00 to ₹21,00.00 per month, and we offer benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and at least one year of experience in bank follow-ups, as well as proficiency in English.
