Job Description

HRQuadrant seeks a full-time, in-person Banking Associate to engage bank customers, conduct needs-based financial consultations, recommend life insurance products, cross-sell services, follow up on leads, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred); maximum 30 years old; minimum 1 year sales experience (financial services preferred); strong communication, negotiation, and insurance knowledge.
• Compensation & benefits: salary from ₹35,00/month, cellphone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave, and provident fund.
