Job Description
HRQuadrant is seeking a dedicated Banking Associate for our Ernakulam location. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of one year of experience in the banking sector. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and demonstrating strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in time management and computer applications is essential, along with current knowledge of banking products and services.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and a Provident Fund. The schedule is for morning shifts, and work will be conducted in person.
