Job Description
Join Y4J – Youth4Jobs as a Banking and Finance Trainer! We are looking for candidates with strong communication, presentation, and counseling skills. Your role will involve connecting with corporates to place trained youth and collaborating with local government bodies and NGOs to mobilize youth for training.
Requirements include proficiency in English and Kannada, a BCom/MCom degree, and at least one year of teaching or relevant work experience. Full-time position with a fixed morning shift, offering a monthly salary of up to ₹35,00, along with performance bonuses.
Expected start date is June 1, 2025. Willingness to travel (25%) is preferred.
