Job Description

The Backup and Storage Administrator will design, implement, and maintain backup and storage systems to ensure data availability, integrity, and recoverability.

• Configure and monitor backups using Veeam, NetBackup, and CommVault; manage SAN/NAS arrays, capacity planning, replication, and deduplication.
• Execute disaster recovery tests, troubleshoot failures, perform restores, document procedures, and coordinate with systems and network teams.
• Qualifications: 3+ years in backup/storage operations, proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS), strong scripting and monitoring skills, and on-call availability. Certifications such as VCP, NetApp, or Microsoft are a plus.
