Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer documents, translating materials from English to Hindi as required, and providing essential backend support.

Eligibility: Candidates must be Graduates with proficiency in reading Bengali and Hindi. A willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory.

Salary: ₹11,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month, with benefits that include a Provident Fund.
