Job Description
CFRE REALTY is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Support and Calling Executive to join our corporate leasing team in the real estate sector. This pivotal role involves providing administrative assistance, managing property listings, and making outbound calls to property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the leasing team with various administrative tasks.
- Update and manage property listings across multiple platforms.
- Make outbound calls to collect property details.
- Verify essential property information, such as ownership and pricing.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; experience in real estate is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
