Job Description
Robu.in is looking for a dedicated Back Office Sales Executive to join our High-Performance Team. This entry-level role is perfect for ITI/Diploma graduates, Undergraduates, or Graduates with basic computer proficiencies and 0-1 year of relevant back-end sales or support experience. The salary ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹20,00 per month, with an annual CTC of ₹2,38,089 to ₹3,00,348.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi, be proficient in MS Office (including Advanced Excel), and maintain a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Responsibilities include customer profiling, creating quotations, and managing customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
