Job Description
DNA Tile is seeking a dedicated Back Office Operator to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on operating billing software, maintaining customer records, processing orders, and coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Key responsibilities will include resolving billing discrepancies, preparing reports, and performing various administrative tasks. A high school diploma is required, with previous experience in billing or administration preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹8,00.00 to ₹10,00.00 per month, along with paid time off benefits.
