Job Description
PROSONIC Technologies Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a committed Back Office Operations Executive to manage administrative operations, enhance customer service, monitor inventory, and track performance metrics. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the office infrastructure, serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating inventory levels with suppliers, and facilitating team collaboration. Additionally, you will oversee departmental tasks and evaluate performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as meal provisions and health insurance. Please note that the position requires in-person attendance during day shift hours.
