Job Description
Vinayak Health Care Clinic is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Job Description:
- Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints.
- Inbound process management and back-office support.
- Document scanning, uploading, and data entry tasks using Excel.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Higher Secondary preferred).
- Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of total work.
- Job Type: Full-time with a pay range of ₹11,00.00 – ₹27,00.00 per month.
