Sentieo India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes. Collaborating with Client Servicing departments will be key to aligning our processes with organizational goals. You will identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will track and report performance metrics while addressing operational issues promptly, supporting team members with the necessary resources and guidance.
